About The Project

I took on this production with more of an understanding of the challenges that we had to integrate the design into two different theatre spaces. I worked with the lighting designer to execute and communicate the design. My contribution was mainly to keep everything in synch with the constant changes that needed to happen.

This was my first time working with a two story set design. We were able to use small PAR 16s in the ceiling of the first floor to push light to the back of the set. When it came to touring with this design this came in handy. The Ohio Theatre has a further and steeper angle for front light that our theatre did not have.

The success of this project was made possible by our collaboration on the importance and replication of the plot in two unique theatres.
